The above rates are for a maximum of sixteen (16) guests and do not include the refundable damage deposit of $2000, departure cleaning fee of $450 or the required 10% occupancy tax.

Rate discounts are always available to those who book months in advance and/or for longer than the minimum stays (the only exception is New Years).

All guests will be greeted when they arrive in Lake Tahoe and given a tour and explanation of the home and it's features.  During their stay, guests enjoy easy access when needed to either the property manager or the owner.
